The staff were amazing and friendly, they even upgraded our room when they found out we were celebrating a special occasion. The room size was excellent for European standards and the shower room was stylish, with good-quality toiletries in generous sizes.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still felt acceptable for what we got.

I absolutely loved my stay here, especially since I could easily walk to the stunning John Rylands Library just over 2 km away and enjoy a stroll through Piccadilly Gardens which is less than a 5-minute walk, making it a perfect spot for my city explorations. the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere of my standard double room which paired nicely with the welcoming vibe of the hotel.

Staff provided a warm welcome and were attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, offering a mini fridge and kettle, which made our one-night stay very comfortable. we encountered a small issue with a piece of glass left under the bed, and accessing streaming services proved difficult. Despite this, the quiet atmosphere contributed to a restful night.
